The Esturgeonnière has chosen in 1991 renewable
energy taking up geothermal power as main means. During the site’s
enlargement stage in 2005, the question of water settled was
considered. |
| As regards aquaculture, it is
main resource and we must preserve it. Our commitment is to release
in the river a water at least of the quality of the water taken. In
this matter the Esturgeonnière is equipped with the most modern
treatment’s system, combining mechanical filtration and last
treatments technology of ammonia by fluidizes beds. All our
effluents are collected and concentrated, they form the subject of
composting or spreading agrarian lands The high tech treatment system corresponds to the double requirement to offer to our customers per highest quality caviar allowing the sturgeons to evolve in the best quality water and to guard our activity against all impacts in environment.. |
